This is entirely up to you. If you want to be left marked after your session you will be, if you don't, you won't. 
Please do keep in mind that My punishments will not be as painful for you if you can't have marks. Rest assured however that I will never go overboard, and am happy to decrease the severity and intensity of strokes, etc. if necessary. What could also be done is lengthening our time together to ensure a longer warm up and more contact.
Also understand that rope, some restraints as well as needles, will leave you with temporary marks that will fade within a few hours.
